Our journey with fish began back in 2009 with the opening of Fuji Japan Sushi in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Over the years, we’ve fused our traditional sushi roots with Hawaiian-style Poké. The outcome? Pokétastic, a fast-casual dining experience with a modern twist.
